In-Situ^® Inc. Announces the addition of Event Testing to the Level TROLL^® 300 and Level TROLL^® 500 Water Level Monitoring Instruments

August 2007, Fort Collins, Colorado: In-Situ Inc. announces the addition of Event Testing to the entire Level TROLL^® family of products including the Level TROLL^® 300 and 500. This powerful testing mode is ideal for tracking events that are not easily predicted such as rising water levels during a rainstorm.

Collect only data of interest by initiating the event test mode and inputting user-defined conditions. Events are defined based on increasing, decreasing, or changing values. Data is logged at a defined frequency for collection of baseline information and sample rates automatically increase during the user-defined event.

Current Level TROLL^® 300 and 500 users can enable event testing on existing units by downloading the latest Win-Situ^® 5 firmware at www.in-situ.com.

* Level TROLL^® 500 users must have hardware version 1.0 or greater to enable event testing.
