Extend the quality of the life of your instruments with our In-Situ® Inc. Assurance Plus service and warranty programs.

In-Situ® Inc. Assurance Plus service and warranty programs enable you to extend the warranty of your In-Situ® products for up to 3 years and remove any uncertainty about future performance or unexpected costs. We have designed these programs for you, our In-Situ® customer, to provide you with optimum instrument performance by combining extended warranty coverage with our annual maintenance and calibration services.

Simply put, our In-Situ® Assurance Plus service programs are the most convenient, efficient and cost effective way to keep your instruments performing at optimum levels.

Assurance Plus Maintenance & Calibration Program

This service program offers one complete instrument maintenance and calibration service per year that is conducted at our In-Situ® Inc. factory. This service includes: cleaning and inspection, installation of the most recent firmware, calibration and instrument testing.

With the Maintenance & Calibration service program your instrument is

  • Factory cleaned and inspected by In-Situ® trained technicians for worn or damaged parts.
  • Calibrated at the recommended interval (every 12 to 18 months) so you can be sure it is always accurate.
  • Upgraded with the most recent version of firmware so you will have the latest instrument technology.
  • Factory tested using the most stringent procedures to ensure all specifications are thoroughly checked and documented.
  • Shipped back to you (pre-paid) within 5 business days.

Assurance Plus Level One Extended Warranty Programs

Our Level One Extended Warranty program offers instrument maintenance and calibration plus the replacement of worn or damaged parts.

With the Level One Extended Warranty program your instrument is

  • Cleaned and calibrated to factory specifications by In-Situ® trained technicians.
  • Inspected for worn or damaged parts, and the parts replaced when deemed necessary. Such parts may include one or more of the following: pressure sensors, temperature sensors, RDO® sensors, turbidity sensors, circuit boards, mechanical parts, hardware upgrades and electronics.
  • Factory tested using the most stringent procedures to ensure all specifications are thoroughly checked and documented.
  • Shipped back to you (pre-paid) within 5 business days. 

Assurance Plus Level Two Extended Warranty Programs

Our Level Two Extended Warranty program offers a complete replacement of a warranted instrument. This is a no-hassle program meaning a new instrument will be shipped to you within 24 hours.

With the Level Two Extended Warranty program your instrument is

  • Your instrument covered under a current warranty will be replaced with a new or like new factory built unit at no charge.
  • Your new instrument will be shipped overnight pre-paid within 24 hours.
