To calculate the final pumping rate (mL/min), the volume of the flowcell is added to the total volume of the tubing and the volume of each of the sensors used in the TROLL^® 9500 is subtracted. Flow-Sense can calculate this information automatically using the data provided or you can enter this value manually.

Based on the pumping rate, the sampling interval is automatically determined. Again, this can also be adjusted manually.
