The instrument’s Viton^® o-rings help to ensure a water-tight seal. If the o-rings appear worn, dried, stretched, or cracked, they should be replaced.

If in doubt, err on the side of safety and replace them. The kit includes dust caps, sensor port plugs, lubricant, and o-rings.
