The battery-powered magnetic stirrer provides continuous agitation of sample during calibration or deployment in slow-moving or stagnant water. The stirrer attaches to the front end of the TROLL^® 9500 instrument in place of the nose cone or the calibration cup.

Use the stirrer to eliminate potential sensor cross-contamination and to increase the rate of flow through the restrictor.

The guard plate retains the stir bar in fast-moving water and protects it from debris.
